Refund policy

Important note: Any metal found in these jewelry pieces is not guaranteed to be hypoallergenic, as that term is not well-regulated and there is no formal, standard definition. Any metal attachments found in the jewelry is made with brass/iron/alloy/stainless steel findings. Please purchase with care if you have sensitivities to any of these metals. 

 

Disclaimer: Please note that each piece is individually handcrafted, and as a result, slight variations in color, texture, or form may occur. These differences are an inherent part of handmade jewelry and are to be expected. They are what make each piece truly one of a kind! 

 

US Shipping

I ship from Canada, and unfortunately the new tariff rules placed by the Trump Administration require US customers to potentially pay extra fees to receive their orders from small businesses outside of the US. US customers are responsible for paying these fees that may be required by your country. If you decide not to pay the fee, the package will be returned to me. You will receive a refund once the package is back in my hands. This refund will not include the shipping fee that was paid at checkout.

Returns and/or exchanges

Unfortunately, Bhavani Jewelry does not offer any returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect address issue

Please double check that your address is correct before checking out. If a package is marked as ‘return to sender’, you will have to pay the shipping fee ($10) for me to ship out your package again. 

Missing packages

No refunds or replacements will be issued unless your package has not arrived 8 business weeks after the shipment date. The tracking information that is provided with your order will be used as proof of delivery status. Unfortunately, I have no control over packages once they are handed off to the mail carrier. I only know as much as you do, which is the status shown on the tracking number.
